Lafayette Township Current Legal Notices
In 2025, New Jersey lawmakers passed a new law (L.2025, c. 72, or N.J.S.A. 35:3-1 et seq.) to make it easier and more permanent to share required public notices online. This law requires local governments to post important legal notices (i.e. for Resolutions, Public Meetings, Ordinances, etc.) on their official websites or through approved online news sites. It replaces or supplements the old way of printing them in newspapers. New notices will be available for two weeks on the Lafayette Township's Current Notices page, then transferred to the Notice Archive page, where they will be available for viewing for one year. For notices older than one year, please contact the Clerk's Office.
