Inspection Requests Effective August 15, 2025

All inspections requests must be made using the form site. Inspection requests will no longer be accepted by phone.

New Inspection Request

Your request will require the following information to complete:

• Permit number
• Municipality
• Block and Lot
• Type or Discipline:
  • building
  • electric
  • plumbing
  • fire
  • mechanical
• Inspection needed:
  • rough
  • final
  • ongoing
• Date: requested
• Contact Information:
  • Name
  • Phone number
  • email address

All requests will require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice. The appropriate Subcode Official will contact you directly to confirm the date and times available for the Municipality’s. Hours of Operation are 7am-3pm Monday-Friday except holidays and weather-related closings.
